Women's Wellness Workshop

Good sexual and reproductive health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being in all matters relating to the reproductive system. It implies that women are able to have satisfying and healthy sex lives, the capability to reproduce and maintain their bodies before, during and after her reproductive years. 

We will have a number of experts in the field ranging from midwives and doulas to herbalists to an ob/gyn to an 'Alimah and more to discuss topics and answer questions all about sexual health, menstrual cycles, prenatal and post partum health, menopause and more.

We will have a fun interactive session which will include a take-home treat. A delicious & nutritious lunch will be served.
